In addition, you will work alongside a team of experienced sports traders to help you learn from some of the best in the industry./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliLeverage your expertise in sports to set up In-Play markets and product via our technology platform/liliIdentify and highlight significant customers during live sporting games and keep track of sharp betting action/liliUse your critical thinking skills with our advanced predictive models to set lines and approve wagers during hundreds of live sporting events/liliBe always the first to know in the sporting world to manage risk and liability of pre-game events/liliAn atmosphere to try new approaches and research the latest technologies/liliAssist with reporting requirements as directed by management team/li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliMust be 21 years of age or older/liliPassion and knowledge about a wide range of sports/liliStrong mathematical and analytical skills ability to understand and calculate odds/liliCommercial acumen analytical skills with the ability to identify and create opportunities for growth/liliResults-driven thrives on improving results and profitability/liliQuick thinking and decisive ability to make trading decisions without hesitation/liliTeam player - ability to rapidly build relationships and to work in collaboration with other teams and functions across the business/liliScheduling flexibility to work any shift, any day including weekends and holidays/liliAbility to take direction from Trading team management/liliExcellent communications skills, both verbal and written/liliAbility to obtain and/or eligible for Gaming Licenses/li/ulpstrongAdditional Requirements:/strong/ppIn addition to the minimum requirements above, a keen working knowledge of sports betting and the calculation of odds is beneficial. Although trading experience is preferred, it is not necessary.
