Specialized Assignment Recruitment - Voluntary. Training Officer Alternate. Interviews will be held only if a vacancy for the voluntary assignment occurs. When a vacancy occurs, an email will be sent to the Police Department at least 14 calendar days prior to the interview date(s) announcing the vacancy, application deadline, and the date(s) of the interview. These interviews will establish a ranked list of candidates from which to select in order to fill vacancies and may be utilized until December 31, 2026. Since this is a voluntary assignment, there will not be any Assignment Differential Pay (ADP) associated with this posting. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Requirements to apply:HPD Police Officer with 3 years at HPD. Instructor Development.
