We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our Starbucks team! In this role, you'll help lead daily store operations, support and develop team members, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to drive operational excellence, maintain high standards, and create a positive, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and shift management
• Lead and motivate baristas to provide outstanding customer service and product quality
• Help train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained

Requirements
Qualifications:

• 1+ years of retail or restaurant supervisory experience (Starbucks experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
