Cardenas Markets - - Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment; Follow recipe specifications and portion food products according to company standards; Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety; Takes food orders in person and by telephone; All other duties as assigned
