JOB TITLE: Banquets- Porter

Job Focus:

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Must love and support their TEAM!
• Must love and take care of guests!
• Must say "yes" and "thank you" often!
• Checks all Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for the week
• Checks orders for daily event set up, service, and strike
• Sets up for all events for the day or for the next day as needed
• Provides courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff

• Prefer a minimum of six (6) months experience in the service industry
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to communicate and read effectively in English
• Able to handle a fast-paced, busy, and stressful environment
• Has a professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
