The (on-call) Food and Beverage Assistant Manager oversees and assists with all FOH daily services and operations for the assigned venue, including catering, banquet operations, and all related restaurant operations, up to and including 500 Grand Caf and Westside Bistro. The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager must also embrace the Academy's training priorities and be an engaged, willing collaborator in ensuring students have regular opportunities to gain applied learning experience across all applied areas.
