Station Casinos - - Responsibilities: Directly supports the Executive Chef, Assistant Chef, and Room Chef in daily kitchen operations; Maintains cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen; Assists in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables; Maintains cleanliness of work areas and stocks cold items; Ensures kitchen area and equipment are in good working order
