Station Casinos - - Responsibilities: Support directly the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.; Maintain cleanliness of area and keep cold items stocked; ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order; Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards within the kitchen; Assist chefs in cooking and food preparation as needed; Ensure proper food preparation and stocking to support high-volume restaurant operations
