Warehousing Team Member

Job Summary: The Warehousing Team at 702 Auctions plays a crucial role in our operations. As a team member, you'll be responsible for: accurately storing products in designated locations, efficiently picking items for customer orders, maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring products are available for website listing, facilitating smooth product flow to customers, picking orders and delivering items to customers' vehicles, and loading purchases into customers' cars. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication will directly contribute to our success in this fast-paced environment. Core Functions of the Warehousing Team:

• Product Storage: Place processed items in their designated warehouse locations. Utilize scanning devices to ensure accurate product placement. Maintain well-organized storage areas for efficient retrieval. Minimize inventory discrepancies through meticulous organization.
• Order Fulfillment: Retrieve customer orders from inventory using appropriate equipment. Safely transport picked items to the customer's vehicle. Greet the customer with a friendly attitude and smile. Ensure picking accuracy and speed to exceed customer expectations.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow optimal warehouse routes to maximize efficiency. Streamline workflows to eliminate redundant processes. Implement strategies to reduce misplaced or lost items. Organize materials strategically for quick future access.

Requirements: 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Familiarity with iPads and iPhones. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent multitasking abilities and deadline management in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and team-oriented. Dependable with strong attendance. Bilingual is a plus!
