Operations & Compliance Coordinator

Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Coordinator to manage state-required testing schedules, track regulatory violations, and serve as a key communication link between customers, mechanics, and leadership. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping in state databases, supports payroll entry, and provides backup coordination for service operations.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Booking and scheduling all State required testing with AIA s (Approved Inspection Agency) and Customers
  • Tracking NOV s (notice of violations) on spreadsheets
  • Communicates with customers on progress of NOV s
  • Utilizes the State database (TCE) to keep our records current
  • Assists with scheduling NOV repairs with mechanics and superintendent
  • Assist with payroll entry
  • Acts as backup for Service Coordinator
  • Attends and participates in weekly operation/repair meetings
  • Works with consultants by providing reports as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Requires at least 3 years relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
  • Skill in using computer and standard application software (Office 365) Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Skill in using Smartsheets
  • Skill in using common office machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

Salary/Rate: $22-$24/HR (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
