MUST BE IN THE USA AND LEGAL TO WORK IN THE USA
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Executive chef with a background in high volume, casual dining. This is a working, lead by example gig, the systems and recipes are all in place. We do not need a creative. We need autonomous alpha leaders who do not need hand holding, and want to grow with the company and are emotionally mature. We have 5 units at this time and will continue expanding in California, Las Vegas and other Southwest cities.
About the Role
Responsibilities include managing finances for kitchen operations, producing quality food, and training junior personnel.
Qualifications
3+ years of Executive Chef experience in a high volume restaurant
