Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities: Maintain guestrooms, public spaces, and back of house areas in good repair with focus on guest relations and problem resolution; Paint, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings; Troubleshoot and repair basic appliances, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC components; replace light bulbs and ballasts; Perform planned preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs/records; Assist engineering leadership and other maintenance staff on special projects and respond to guest requests
