OnTrac - 551 Courier Street - Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day maintenance activities for conveyor and material handling systems to keep operations running safely and with minimal downtime; Serve as the shift technical lead during breakdowns, assigning work, directing troubleshooting efforts, and supporting rapid recovery of conveyor and sortation equipment; Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, shoe sorters, cross-belt sorters, pneumatic distribution equipment, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, belts, chains, shafts, bearings, and related controls; Perform and verify completion of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance tasks on time and to standard; Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians on safe work practices, troubleshooting methods, PM procedures, and repair standards
