MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and designated areas; Wash baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards; sweep and mop floors; clean kitchen equipment; Separate and remove trash and garbage; manage linen inventories and soiled linen; Transport equipment between hallways and outlets; operate or assist with heavy equipment as needed; Comply with regulatory departments and with department policies and procedures; complete mandatory trainings
