Job Details

MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas assigned; Wash pots and pans; scrape, wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry; restock as needed; Clean baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards; sweep and mop floors; wash floor mats; Separate and remove trash, garbage, ash, and grease; observe designated containers; may handle biohazard cleanup; Maintain inventories and restocking of kitchen; polishing of equipment as needed
