Aliante Pkwy - Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute food items and maintain sanitary conditions; Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom to replenish serving areas; Clean utensils, equipment, and storage/food preparation/serving areas to maintain sanitary conditions; Inspect food items and work areas to prevent cross contamination and ensure safety; Load carts, food warmers, trays, etc. for transporting to other sites
