Home Depot - - Responsibilities: Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud and support safety and environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).; Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor store physical security, audit Electronic Article Surveillance, and drive a shrink-elimination culture in the store.; Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, interact with law enforcement, and testify in criminal and civil court actions.; Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out responsibilities to minimize risk of injury to self, associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.; Respond to asset protection and operational concerns of all associates and stay focused on store-specific business objectives while supporting key asset protection and operational responsibilities.
