MGM Resorts - - Responsibilities: Provide direction and leadership for the Beverage and Cocktails team and supervise Assistant Beverage Managers and Beverage Staff to meet operational and financial goals; Monitor daily beverage operations, budgets, guest service standards, and execute marketing strategies to drive profitability; Maintain par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment and manage requisitions; Interview, train, supervise, counsel and coach beverage staff; drive employee engagement through coaching and development; Maintain strict adherence to health, sanitation, and state liquor regulations; possess knowledge of liquor brands, wines, glassware, and bar menu items
