Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, while assisting with directions, escorts, and general support for people at the location.; Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns, and following post orders for assigned duties during various shifts and conditions.
