Commercial Construction Firm Seeking Superintendent - Commercial/Casino/Hospitality TI

A well-established and growing commercial construction firm is seeking a Superintendent to join their team in Vegas. This individual will bring 3-7+ years of superintendent experience leading projects across Commercial, Casinor, and/or Hospitality TI construction. Offer:
$120,000 - $165,000+ base salary, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-7+ years of superintendent experience with full project ownership
Proven background in Casino, Hospitality TI, and/or Commercial construction
Experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
Strong knowledge of means, methods, scheduling, and site safety
Ability to manage labor, equipment, and subcontractors at scale
Excellent communication and leadership skills across field and office teams

Responsibilities:
Leading day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial and education or healthcare projects
Coordinating with Project Managers on labor staffing needs, both internal and external
Managing subcontractor performance, equipment logistics, and site safety compliance
Participating in preconstruction planning, project estimates, and bid reviews
Conducting weekly field meetings to align staff on project status, schedules, and upcoming moves
Collaborating with the General Superintendent and Operations Team on long-term planning and resource coordination
Ensuring consistent adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
Mentoring and supporting field staff, contributing to a strong and accountable site culture
