An ideal candidate will have experience with BMS, Tridium Niagara, EPMS, Lighting, IoT devices, and managing mechanical operations of a portfolio of high-visibility properties./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2ulliSupporting the various regions in the implementation and maintenance of Building Management/Energy Systems/IoT devices and Engineering related to JPMC Global Real Estate/liliFunction as global program manager and Subject Matter Expert for all types of building automation systems and industrial control systems/liliResponsible for developing and implementing and enforcing a consistent framework for designing and constructing these systems, including technology standardization, compliance with JPMC cyber security requirements, consistent functionality and specifications, procurement methods, and continuity of business./liliInterface with building operations teams, Global Information Technology teams, and project management teams globally to provide close support throughout the development and implementation of the framework and individual projects./liliFunction as application owner for all existing building automation software, interfacing with vendors and IT teams to manage the platforms, changes, and updates./liliParticipate in project teams as Intelligent Building Platform (IBP) lead for development and construction of key projects, support all other implementations as Subject Matter Expert for new standards./liliMaintain vigilance of modern technologies in the marketplace and evaluate as potential enhancements/ efficiency improvements over existing systems./liliDevelop On-Net regional or global solutions for new projects to streamline the Intelligent Building design, specification, and procurement process./liliFunction as top-level expert support to resolve incidents involving Intelligent Building systems or other building technology issues relating to controls operation, communications, programming, alarming, and recovery./li/ulh2What You Will Need/h2ulliMinimum of 10 years related to design, Managing, implementation, programing, and commissioning BMS./liliStrong IT background, Enterprise Servers, Firewalls, and Industrial Ethernet Managed Switches./liliStrong knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet IP/MSTP, SNMP, and OPC protocols/liliAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding./liliAbility to draft routine reports and correspondence./liliAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor./liliAbility to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees/liliRequires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles./liliRequires intermediate analytical skills./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint/liliKnowledge of OSHA standards/liliOperates with high level of integrity and ethical conduct./liliPreference will be given to those applicants with previous datacenter experience and maintaining a medium to large commercial or industrial facility./liliUnderstanding of emergency power systems, UPS, Generators, and Fire Life Safety Systems./liliMeticulous with the ability to multitask./liliGlobal travel to remote buildings as needed./li/ulh2About Us/h2pHelp us roll out the red carpet at Caesars Palace!
