Job Description Job Description Front desk duties include but not limited to answering phones and scheduling appointments. Greet patients and obtain their personal information such as demographicsand insurance information. Schedules f/u appointments at check out. Private and Medicaid Insurance verification, collect co-pays and deductibles, prepared paperwork, checks faxes and uploads documents to patient chart.
