Hotel Website, Facebook, InstagramIn this role, you will oversee the operations of Hard Shake and Peacock Alley primarily and assist in other outlets as needed. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage 1 Beverage Manager, 1 Assistant F&B Manager, and around 40 hourly team members.The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience, experience leading other managers, and must have experience running multi-outlet operations.
