Through culturally responsive curriculum, books, and school-based programming, we empower students to lead with curiosity, empathy, and courage —while deepening understanding of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) histories and contributions.The OpportunityTeachAAPI is seeking a relationship-driven, highly organized Part-Time Educator Program Manager to lead the on-the-ground implementation of TeachAAPI programming across ~25 public elementary, middle, and high schools in Clark County, Nevada.This role is ideal for an experienced educator or education nonprofit professional who understands public school systems, thrives in coordination and communication, and is passionate about inclusive, culturally responsive education .You will serve as the primary local liaison between TeachAAPI, school administrators, and educators—ensuring high-quality implementation, strong educator engagement, and measurable impact for students.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Implementation & ManagementCoordinate rollout of TeachAAPI programs across partner schools (curriculum, books, activity boxes, cultural programming)Develop and manage school-level implementation plans and timelinesEnsure program fidelity while adapting to individual school needsEducator & School PartnershipsServe as the primary point of contact for administrators, teachers, and district partnersBuild trust-based relationships to support successful adoption of TeachAAPI resourcesFacilitate onboarding, trainings, and ongoing educator supportTraining & Professional LearningSupport or co-facilitate professional development sessionsProvide classroom-aligned guidance for integrating TeachAAPI content across grade levelsMonitoring, Evaluation & ReportingTrack implementation, participation, and outcomesCollect qualitative and quantitative feedbackPrepare progress updates and end-of-year summaries for leadership and fundersCoordination & OperationsCollaborate closely with TeachAAPI's national teamManage schedules, materials distribution, and on-site logisticsSupport grant-related documentation and reporting as neededQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)3–5 years experience in K–12 education, school-based programming, or education nonprofitsStrong understanding of public school environmentsExcellent organization, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple schools and prioritiesComfort with in-person school visits across Clark CountyFamiliarity with culturally responsive and inclusive educationExperience working with diverse student populationsBackground or strong interest in AAPI history, culture, and educationPreferredTeaching credential or classroom teaching experienceExperience managing multi-school or district-level programsExperience planning student-centered school eventsCompensation$30–$40/hour , part-timeCompensation commensurate with experienceWhy Join TeachAAPIThis is a unique opportunity to:Support educators directlyImpact thousands of students across Clark CountyBuild sustainable, high-quality programmingAdvance more inclusive and representative education in public schoolsHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit:ResumeBrief statement of interest outlining relevant experience and connection to TeachAAPI's missionHelp us bring inclusive, culturally responsive education into classrooms where it matters most.#J-18808-Ljbffr
