We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure in a dynamic environment while collaborating with a skilled team.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing operational support for Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage systems, and Citrix infrastructure.
- Execute enterprise vulnerability remediation and patching across servers and endpoints.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and endpoint security tools.
- Support VMware and NetApp infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Document change management activities and provide on-site data center support for hardware validation.
- Assist with workload migration efforts, including validation and testing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
- 5-7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation or security operations.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration and endpoint security platforms.
- Strong background in virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure support.
- Experience with data center decommissioning and migration projects.
- Familiarity with NetApp ONTAP and privileged access management tools.
- Knowledge of security analysis tools and backup platforms.
- Strong documentation skills and experience with audit processes.
