divh2Construction Project Manager/h2pThe Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, coordination and budget control through the project lifecycle./ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2ulliFoster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations./liliEstablish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation./liliWork with preconstruction team in development of project./liliReview and approve all project contracts and purchase orders for compliance with corporate policies and objectives/liliManage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget./liliProvide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions./liliEnsure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements/liliWork with Project Controls to initiate pay application process and follow up to ensure payment is received in a timely manner./liliKeep management informed on progress of project and budget through regularly scheduled Operation Review Meetings./liliReviews project plans and specifications and coordinates with the team to confirm complete scope./liliProactively identify potential risk issues and the associated order of magnitude costs./liliEnsures the flow of project information is maintained and documented./li/ulh2What You Will Need/h2ulliBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related work experience./liliAt least 5 years of experience in construction management./liliPossess strong mathematical and computer skills.
