Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Learning Technologies with 8+ years in Cornerstone OnDemand.
  • Deep hands‑on knowledge of CSOD Learning Module; bonus if experienced in Performance, Recruiting, Extended Enterprise, and Content domains.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, SSO/SAML, APIs, web services, and data integration.
Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning strategies, compliance training, blended learning, and capability development frameworks.
  • Experience working with global learning organizations in complex, matrixed environments. Excellent analysis, mapping, and documentation skills.
  • Architect comprehensive learning solutions leveraging the full CSOD Learning suite (Learning Management, Content Anytime, ILT/VILT, Curricula, Certifications, Observations).
  • Design scalable, future‑ready learning architectures aligned with organizational learning strategies.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs, workflows, configurations, and integrations.
  • Define governance frameworks, platform standards, and best practices for CSOD usage.
Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure CSOD modules including Learning, Performance, Extended Enterprise, and Content offerings.
  • Oversee complex configurations: dynamic assignments, automated training workflows, custom pages, email templates, and certification paths.
  • Drive environment management (Stage/Prod), release management, and regression readiness.
  • Partner with IT teams to design and oversee integrations with HRIS, identity systems, CRM, and content providers.
  • Define data migration strategies, data models, reporting structures, and analytics.
  • Utilize CSOD Reporting (Reporting 2.0 / Insights) to support business dashboards and compliance reporting.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the trusted CSOD advisor for business leaders, L&D, HR, and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, demos, and solution planning sessions.
  • Provide change management support, training plans, and system adoption strategies.
Support & Optimization
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate with CSOD Support, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Continuously optimize platform performance, workflows, and learning experiences.
  • Monitor platform trends, new releases, and industry best practices to drive enhancements.
