Duties

• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
• Draft and review discovery documents and motions.
• Argue hearings both remotely and in court.
• Take and defend depositions of percipient and expert witnesses.
• Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials.
• Participate actively in trials and strategic litigation.
• Draft mediation briefs and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate regularly with clients.
• Assist in managing litigation assistants and paralegals.
• Attend regular professional development trainings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the Nevada bar.
• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Resourceful and persistent.
