To keep the supply chain moving, candidates must be open to:+ **Rotating Shifts:** Ability to work Day or Night shifts based on operational needs.+ **Weekend Commitment:** Regular weekend rotations are a core part of this position.+ **Overtime:** Occasional extended shifts during peak seasonal demands.**What You'll Do**+ **Precision Maneuvering:** Expertly operate stand-up reach trucks (deep-reach experience preferred) to pick and stage pallets in high-bay racking.+ **Cold Chain Integrity:** Move temperature-sensitive goods efficiently through environments ranging from **34°F down to -10°F** .+ **Inventory Tech:** Utilize WMS and RF scanning technology to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.+ **Safety Mastery:** Navigate slick surfaces and high-traffic zones with a "Safety First" mindset, regardless of the hour.**What You Bring**+ **Experience:** 1+ years of experience on a **Stand-Up Reach Truck** (Raymond, Crown, or similar).+ **Total Flexibility:** A "can-do" attitude regarding scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.+ **Resilience:** The physical and mental stamina to work full shifts in freezing temperatures.+ **Reliability:** Since our schedule is flexible, your punctuality must be rock-solid.LSI Staffing is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
