High School Diploma required
Business Incorporation experience preferred
Registered Agent Service/Mail experience required

Summary:

  • Duration: 3+ Month Contract
  • Work Mode: ONSITE
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for corporate filings including preparation, review, and filing of various documents such as Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, and annual reports.
  • Communicate effectively with states and clients regarding corporate filings and document retrievals.
  • Obtain certificates of status, conduct name availability and status searches, and manage name reservations and registrations.
  • Assist with Registered Agent mail, Virtual Office mail, and Services of Process (SOPs) as needed.
  • Aid in the training of new and existing employees.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of records and comply with all relevant laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered Agent Service/Mail experience required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Knowledge of general corporate procedures or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ensure superior customer service and maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.

Education / Experience:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.
