Fresenius Medical Care - 2450 Fire Mesa Street - Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch direct patient care staff for acute dialysis treatments across contracted hospitals/facilities; Liaise with physicians, hospital partners, and staff to schedule patient treatments in a 24/7 environment; Produce scheduling reports and maintain master tracker, ensuring staff utilization and adherence to contracts; Coordinate with Biomed team for equipment availability and repairs, and manage on-call/off-hours procedures; Assist with billing reconciliation and participate in new hire orientation related to scheduling processes
