Gaming Host

Responsible for providing a fun, friendly, efficient service and sophisticated experience for our guests. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

• Greeting guests, answering questions and being an informational resource regarding guest inquiries regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment
• Marketing and recruiting new guests to property and establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with repeat guests
• Monitoring assigned area and attending to and anticipating guest's needs; including jackpot payments, personalizing providing a comfortable, fun, experience for guests
• Accurately maintain a Cash Pouch involving Company funds
• Complies with all Gaming guidelines and signatory controls
• May perform duties that include: reviewing bill validator jams and TITO paper fills
• Other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• At least three (3) years of Slot Operations experience
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English with guests, fellow employees, and management
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests as well as other employees
• Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
• Working knowledge of basic computer systems and Casino systems
• Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts in a positive and professional manner making decisions in the best interests of our guests and the company
• Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task with ease
• Ability to handle and cope with stress well and remain calm under pressure
• Protect the confidentiality of Company documents and files under immediate control
• Keep up to date on Slot Marketing activities and events at the property
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this position
• Must be at least 21 years of age
