Asphalt Crew Member

The Asphalt Crew Member position performs a variety of routine and complex physical labor tasks. This position assists other crewmembers by operating a variety of hand/power tools and heavy machinery to clean and prepare sites, apply pavement preservation products, and setup/remove cones and carpet.

The Asphalt Crew Member must be hard-working, dependable, and able to meet the physical demands. Preferably has three months or more of related work experience. Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

The position lifts heavy objects, walks, sits and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Days and hours may vary depending on the size and nature of the project. This position frequently requires long hours and weekend work (often 20-40 hours of overtime each week).
