Solutions Analyst Opportunity

We're excited to offer a contract Solutions Analyst opportunity with one of our top-tier clients in the gaming and hospitality industry. About the Role:

As a Solutions Analyst – Level 2, you'll support and enhance a wide range of front-of-house and back-end applications that keep a high-performing hospitality operation running smoothly. This is more than just support—you'll be a vital link between business users and IT, helping deliver real results through system integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver hands-on support for essential casino and hotel systems
• Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to roll out new features, updates, and integrations
• Help drive efficiency and reliability across systems like LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP parking, Infinium or other critical gaming and hotel platforms
• Troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and keep operations moving
• Contribute to exciting, high-impact technology projects
• Communicate across departments to turn business needs into tech solutions
• Ensure all systems and processes meet compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years supporting casino front-of-house systems (LMS required)
• Strong understanding of hospitality and gaming operations
• Experience with systems such as LMS, Visionline, Bartech, Infogen, AVP parking, Infinium or other critical gaming and hotel platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board registration
• Willingness to work rotating on call shift, or holidays as needed
