We are building a team of compassionate, skilled, and accountable therapists who believe mental health care should feel human, supportive, ethical, and meaningful. We are seeking a Nevada-licensed clinical supervisor, including LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW, who is ready to step into a meaningful in-person leadership role with strong administrative support, a manageable supervision structure, a small therapy caseload, and no on-call requirements. Role Overview The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision, support therapist development, review documentation for quality and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical systems. This position will include a small therapy caseload depending on the candidate's interest, availability, and the needs of the practice. Administrative support is provided, including scheduling, intake coordination, billing support, and general practice operations, so the Clinical Supervisor can focus on supervision, clinical quality, therapist development, and client care. This position does not include on-call requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to therapists and interns as needed Support clinicians with case consultation, treatment planning, ethical decision-making, and clinical judgment Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation for quality and compliance Help maintain strong clinical standards across the practice Support interns and developing clinicians as they build confidence and competence Collaborate with leadership on clinical workflows, quality improvement, and team development Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and paid training as needed Provide guidance around safety planning, risk assessment, and crisis-related clinical concerns when appropriate Help foster a supportive, professional, accountable, and growth-oriented clinical culture Provide therapy services as needed based on agreed-upon caseload structure Required Qualifications Active Nevada LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing Approved or eligible to provide clinical supervision in the State of Nevada Experience providing clinical supervision or strong readiness to supervise within Board requirements Strong understanding of outpatient mental health services Experience with clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Understanding of trauma-informed care Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to balance compassion with professional accountability Commitment to client-centered, family-focused, and culturally responsive care Ability to provide in-person services in Henderson, Nevada Preferred Qualifications Active Nevada Medicaid-approved provider status, or willingness/eligibility to complete enrollment Experience supervising interns or associate-level clinicians Experience in private practice or outpatient behavioral health Experience with Medicaid documentation and compliance Background in child, adolescent, or family therapy Experience with parent coaching, family therapy, or couples therapy Interest in helping develop clinical trainings, policies, workflows, groups, or community-based services Compensation and Benefits $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, caseload structure, and leadership responsibilities Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid supervision-related training and clinical consultation as needed Administrative support provided No on-call requirements Supportive clinical environment Leadership growth opportunity Opportunity to mentor therapists and interns Opportunity to help shape clinical programming and practice development Meaningful work with children, teens, families, and the community Equal Opportunity Employer Calmify Wellness Center is an equal opportunity employer.
