Transportation Host

We are looking for a Transportation Host to support a high-energy hospitality environment in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating smooth, memorable guest experiences while coordinating front-desk activity, transportation support, and on-site hospitality services. The ideal candidate brings a service-first mindset, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and works effectively with sales, marketing, and transportation teams.

Responsibilities

• Meets guests at designated locations.
• Coordinates/communicates with the transportation team all guests that need to be picked up or taken back to their resort.
• Walks guests to and from the sales centers.
• Maintains a courteous, smiling personality at all times while following company culture.
• Checks and corrects manifested tours daily for accurate transportation pick-up.
• Keeps track of daily gas receipts.
• Ensures timely transportation pickups are communicated.
• Greets customers, vendors, guests, and team members in a manner in which will promote the highest level of customer service.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
