Description:

Inventory Associates are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory through overseeing the receiving, storing, movement, and proper destruction of packaged inventory. You will help drive sales through maintaining an accurate and well-stocked inventory selection. Our Inventory Associates ensure all Thrive internal procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards vendors at all timesAcknowledging and elevating customer complaints, when necessaryKnowing our products inside and out; being able to answer any customer questions about about product specifics, pricing, and availabilityInspires consumer confidence and creates loyalty to the Company's brandAbility to stay calm and professional in difficult situationsComplianceMaintains appropriate knowledge of all applicable state and local laws and regulations, as well as processes in accordance with The Cannabis Compliance Board and Dispensary policies and proceduresFollows proper protocol for checking IDs, checking in customers/patients, and not selling or giving away product to unqualified purchasersAdheres to state regulations on purchase limitsAccurately operate within METRC and the Company's IC S (Inventory Control System)Maintaining accurate logs per the state and Companies' requirementsEnsures the proper documentation is being executed regarding inventory handlingVerifies products are compliant with state and city regulations and are received with the proper documentation, labels, and packagingReceives product into sellable stock through the IC S with an emphasis on complianceCoordinates with facility managers to conduct inventory verifications, adjustments, returns, and transfersMaintains all documents and ensures materials are available for cultivation, production, and dispensary useOperationsMaintains organization of the dispensary through daily upkeep and light cleaningStays current on all sales trends, utilizes all provided sales training, educational materials, and surveysRegularly checking communication, scheduling, and any other required platforms; participating when necessaryCommunicating professionally, respectfully, and productively in a team environmentAssists with acclimating new hires to the business and provides basic training, if requiredCompletes and documents physical inventory counts on a regular basis and as requested by managementMonitors inventory activities on the IC S and responds to any discrepancies by notifying the location's management and investigating the discrepancyAssists with organization of product throughout the facilityRestocks product to ensure the ability to actively sell inventoryResponsible for barcoding product, when requiredAssists with building and maintaining showroom displaysOther duties as assigned by Store ManagementQualificationsAccuracy and efficiency in cash handling, in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperior customer service skillsQuick decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskGreat listening skills and ability to take direction from individuals in higher-level positionsAccurate data-entry and record keepingAbility to work as a team in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environmentProficiency in Mac-based software and internet navigationPhysical RequirementsAbility to be on your feet up to 10 hoursAbility to lift up to 50 lbs when neededAbility to sit, bend and stand for extended amounts of timeAbility to be in front of a monitor throughout the shiftRequirementsMust be age 21 or olderAbility to obtain required state and city work cardsHigh school diploma or equivalent#J-18808-Ljbffr
