Join our team and help power the trade shows, live events, and brand activations seen across the country.We're looking for a Warehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events) to support our Addison operations team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork—and enjoys seeing their work come to life on the show floor.What You'll DoSupport day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, shipping, and logistics coordinationOperate forklifts daily to move, organize, and prepare event materials and client assetsPull and stage components for trade show booths, custom exhibits, and hybrid buildsRead and interpret CAD drawings and pull lists to ensure project accuracyMaintain show-ready condition of all event assets and materialsConduct inventory checks and track materials using inventory management systemsIdentify damaged or missing assets and communicate refurbishment or repair needsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and client-tour readyWork both independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and deadlinesWhat You Bring6–12 months of warehouse, logistics, production, or operational experience (or equivalent training)Forklift experience and comfort working in an active warehouse environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow pull lists accuratelyA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong accountabilityStrong communication skills and team-oriented attitudeBasic computer proficiency including Excel and OutlookAbility to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbsWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that helps deliver high-profile events and brand experiencesWork in a collaborative, energetic environment where every day is differentGain hands-on exposure to the growing world of trade shows and experiential marketingJoin a company where your contributions directly impact successful event execution.Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies.
