Description:
Plaintiff personal injury firm seeks person with experience handling litigation files, including preparation and filing of complaints, service of summons, discovery, pre-trial disclosures and trial preparation.
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook REQUIRED.
Prior trial experience a plus. Knowledge of FileVine case management system is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
