Description:

Nevada Staffing is seeking CSRs in Las Vegas! 

Marketing Customer Service Reps will help with timeshare research and resolution, assisting victims of timeshare fraud and misleading sales tactics. We work with many timeshare owners who have been pressured into making a purchase or upgrade.

$20/hr

10:00 am - 4:00 pm (PDT) Monday - Friday

Requirements: 

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls. 
  • Follow communication “scripts” when speaking to clients. 
  • Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level. 
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Skill/compliance requirements

  • Experience is a plus but not required in the customer support role. 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota 
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types 
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

A drug test (not testing for THC) and a background check is required for this position.
