Responsibilities:
All purchasing while maintaining a budgeted food cost.
Assist with the development of all menus and create new food items.
Handle all scheduling for efficiency and maintaining budgeted labor costs.
Manage all restaurant employees: Hiring, Counseling, etc.
Ensure employee safety and sanitation procedures.
Must be able to work all stations and provide new hire and on-going training in the stations.
Will also work as a kitchen employee; preparing specials, soups, or working a station as needed.
