Route Sales / Driver

We are seeking to add a Route Sales/Driver to our dairy family:  Class A License is required

• Deliver products to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous, and accurate manner.  Load or unload cases of product at customers location and work the products on the shelf at stores. Rotating product in an efficient manner.
• Collect empty cases
• Record transactions on handheld devices, leaving a copy of the receipt with the customers and collection of money if necessary.
• Submit all customer paperwork and deposits daily; including invoices, load orders and handheld reports.
• Listen and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Check load security prior to travel and at each stop, making adjustments when needed.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow all required work safe practices.
• Must be able to drive a manual truck

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience required
• Experience within the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Must be able to drive, stand, walk, kneel, lift and bend required for virtually the entire shift.
• Ability to lift and/.or move up to six cases on hand truck (cases weight 20 to 55 lbs)
• Must be able to work in an indoor and/or outdoor environment with moderate noise, sometimes slippery floors.  Temperature range from 34-120 degrees F.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Starting hours are for 12:00am (midnight) to 4:00 am depending on the route.
