Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Paralegal experience in litigation and family law required (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and legal software.
- Work with high-net-worth clients and function as liaison between attorneys, clients, experts, opposing counsel and other parties.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal filing procedures, courtroom procedures and rules.
- Perform legal research and drafting of initial pleadings.
- Oversee maintenance and organization of client files.
