Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Alarm Technician to join our team.

You will be responsible for serving and maintaining, Security Alarm Systems, CCTV and /or Access Control Systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.  Applicants with fire experience are a plus. 

Responsibilities (Include but may not be limited to)

• Perform troubleshooting, and service of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems
• System installation/programming as required
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professionalism and quality of work
• Responsible for all documentation and reports

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Alarm Technician in the installation and /or service of alarms, access control or CCTV in the electronic security industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong time management and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and appearance/excellent customer service
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, carry ladder, climb ladder, when required
• Must be able to pass all background checks/license requirements
• Clean driving history / hold a NV drivers license
